Congratulations to the BHS Wind Ensemble for their recent trip to Washington DC. They played at several local venues, toured the area, and got to skip over half a week of school! Great job, Drillers!

The Annual Band Banquet is coming up! We hold a fun dinner, present awards, and look back on our year. This is far more entertaining than Thanksgiving at granny's! I've yet to discover the exact date, it will come soon.

We are organizing band sports and games to be held April 18th from 3 to 5:30 in the gym. If you'd like to show off how incredibly ripped you've become since marching season (or just have a fun, active time), contact Solange Igoa today!

Solo and Group Ensembles will be performing April 19th. We will have some very talented groups and individuals performing.

On February 2nd, 2008, Bakersfield High School will be hosting a PPAACC competition. We anticipate this to be a very busy event. Vendors, advertisers, and those wishing to place a personal message on the program should look to the Driller Classic 2008 resources for more information.
