3:00PM	Load Trucks
4:00PM	Load Busses
4:30PM	Arrive at Stockdale High School 2800 Buena Vista Rd Bakersfield, CA 93311
5:00PM	Change into Uniform
5:15PM	Head to Warm-Up Field As Group
5:30PM	Warm Up
6:30PM	At the Gate
6:45PM	Performance
7:00PM	Change out of Uniform
7:10PM	Eat
7:30PM	Head Back to Stadium
7:40PM	In stadium watching performances.
8:15PM	Exhibition Band Performance
9:00PM	Awards Ceremony
10:00PM	Load Busses
10:30AM	Arrive at BHS

Students are expected to arrive wearing their warm-ups, their band shorts with the show shirt, wearing proper shoes for rehearsal, and bring (if not wear) black socks. Students who do not show up in/with the proper attire will be sent home at performance cost to their grade.
